Frequently Asked Questions
Organic Cotton – All our Organic Cotton products are GOTS certified. The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain.
The aim of the standard is to define world-wide recognised requirements that ensure organic status of textiles, from harvesting of the raw materials, through environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing up to labelling in order to provide a credible assurance to the end consumer.

We know that it is often necessary to see a product in person before committing to buy, that’s why we are always happy to create a design with you and send any samples you need. School Customers may keep the samples for up to 45 days. After this time, you can return them to us or you can choose to keep them. Simply pay the invoice provided and they are yours to keep.
All orders are packed in 100% Recycled cardboard boxes. Clothing items are individually wrapped in recyclable poly bags. These bags are used as they keep the fabric safe and free of mould while it’s in storage. We are working towards a more innovative option on this.
